I have suffered with depression and severe anxiety for most of my 36 years and Brighton has always been the eye of my storm.

A haven of colour, chaos, mess, life, art, music, nostalgia and no apologies needed.

Photographing my favourite city has given me the opportunity to create content that makes me content. It allows me to be present, it reminds me to look up and it never disappoints.

No matter what happens, the waves keep coming, but sometimes if you are lucky you might just catch a break.
